a hidden gem before Patchogue's comeback, paid parking and Village cops that arrest people for drinking at their restaurants.
Great food, large portions Esp. if Keiran is cooking. Family owned with no stuckupness like on east main st. -

Came here after my son's high school graduation ceremony last week. Didn't want to fight the crowds further down on Main since it was Alive After Five. The gentleman working the bar waited on us and was super friendly and helpful. They don't have a large variety of beers, really just the basics but their food is delicious! I had the crab cakes which are made in-house and were yummy. Didn't have large chunks of crab but still good. Hubby and son had burgers and they loved them. Burgers are huge and come with a decent amount of fries, coleslaw and a big slice of pickle. We left full and happy.

Dark, cozy Irish pub. This place has been around forever. Perfect place to go warm up on a cold day, especially when the fireplace is lit. The pastrami here is awesome, as are the burgers. Nothing gourmet, meat could perhaps be better quality (I think it's frozen), but hits the spot nonetheless if you're in the mood to chow down on pub fare. Bacon always comes out crispy, and onion rings are tasty as well. Meal portions are huge. And the BEST French onion soup around.

This place is a score!!!!! Great service with awesome Pub food. The bartender/server was very personable and friendly. We all had burgers which I highly recommend and don't forget to order the onion rings. The old school feel adds to the charm of this restaurant.
